Science Fiction Movies that are Hard to Watch

Max Steel

Dolphin Films

Aside from Transformers, live-action films based on toys haven’t been successful in Hollywood. In 2016, Dolphin Films and Mattel Playground Productions took a swing with Max Steel. The popular toy line already had two hit animated series. Unfortunately, the live-action adaptation didn’t sit well with fans. The film earned $6.3 million worldwide. Without any major names attached to it, people didn’t bother showing up. It currently sits at a 0% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
